Southdown pool is welcoming new members for the 2010 swimming season. Try it! We invite you to bring your family for a one-day, no-obligation, day of fun. To join the pool you must purchase a bond ($600 one time expense) and pay the yearly dues ($450 for the 2009 season).

The bond may be paid as a lump sum or in installments, $150 the first year and $165 ($15 service charge) a year for the next three years. The bond is refundable when a member terminates their membership in accordance with the bylaws. The Board of Directors may, at its discretion, withhold payment of any refund until a replacement has been found for the terminated membership.
