Members - New This Season:
- Members should be aware that the Board of Directors, at its most recent meeting, adopted a requirement that "each Southdown Family must complete an hour of service each season as part of membership requirements".
By participating in one of the upcoming pool clean-up days (see Home page) is one great way to meet this requirement
Membership Dues
To join the pool you must purchase a bond ($600 one time expense) and pay the yearly dues ($450 for the 2011 season).

Membership Bond
The bond may be paid as a lump sum or in installments. The bond is refundable when a member terminates their membership in accordance with the bylaws. The Board of Directors may, at its discretion, withhold payment of any refund until a replacement has been found for the terminated membership.
