Pool Rental Information
The Southdown pool is available for rent to adult members of the pool. It is available for rental on Saturday nights and some Friday nights. Weeknights on a case by case basis.
Pool Parties
Pool Parties may be held during pool hours for $75.00 for up to 3 hours for 25 guests.
Private Pool Parties may be held after normal pool hours. The fee is $200 plus $20 per hour; per guard (one guard is required for each 25 guests). Of this fee, $25 is a security deposit, which will be returned to you upon a satisfactory pool inspection.
