Registration Forms to join swimteam
To register for the swim team, the following forms must be filled out for each swimmer. Bring them with you to the swimteam registration at the Southdown Pool (see dates below):

Your child needs to be registered with AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) prior to registering with the team.
